Review: Call of Duty Infinite Warfare (PS4)

The call of duty leads to space. A change to the common and overused world war scenarios. Does the vast darkness of space serve the call?

The game looks great. Everything fits together. On board of your ship, in open space, fighter cockpit or in the heat of the battle.

While the soundtrack is nothing memorable it works very well at the right moments in the game to make certain important scenes stand out.

Your standard shooter with quick time events and heavily scripted scenes. Works very well. Controls go easy off the hand. Fighting in zero gravity is fun and entertaining. Piloting a small battle jet is fun too but a bit more challenging at times and can get hectic in the action.

Surprising and full of “oh shit” moments. While the story has some noticeable plot holes it doesn’t harm the entertainment part. The ending wasn’t well done in my opinion and could have needed a bit extra care. As to be expected the campaign isn’t very long which is a bit sad for such a fine game.

Visuals: 4/5
Sound: 4/5
Gameplay: 4/5
Story: 4/5
Overall: 4/5

A good shooter and worth for the story. Nothing ground breaking thou. If you enjoy shooters in space its worth a shot.
